⚠️ Important Diagnostic & Calibration Guidelines:

ECU Injector Coding Required: This is a high-precision 6-pin common-rail injector.

Upon installation, the unique compensation/calibration code printed on top of the injector head must be programmed into the vehicle’s Engine Control Unit (ECU) using professional diagnostic scanning tools.

Failure to code the new injector can lead to cylinder knocking, rough idling, and poor fuel efficiency.

Never Reuse Old Washers: Always discard old seating gaskets. Install utilizing a brand-new OEM-grade copper crush washer and nozzle O-ring to prevent combustion gas blow-by into the valve cover chamber.

Cleanliness Is Mandatory: Microscopic dirt particles are the number one cause of immediate failure in common-rail systems. Ensure the fuel lines and injector bores are completely flushed and immaculate before seating the new assembly.
